The successful School Administrator will provide administrative support across the school, manage office systems, and act as a key point of contact for visitors and enquiries. Key Responsibilities of the School Administrator Role:

Managing front office duties and responding to telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining pupil records and school administrative systems
Supporting attendance monitoring and general data entry
Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies
Assisting with school documentation, reports, and correspondence
Ensuring the office environment remains organised and efficient

The Ideal School Administrator Will:

Have previous administrative experience, ideally within a school setting
Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
Be confident using school systems and Microsoft Office
Be professional, approachable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
Have a fully checkable work history
