Plumbing And Heating Engineer
Plumbing & Heating Engineer 📍 Newcastle & Surrounding Area 💰 Up to £33,000 + Benefits 🕒 Monday to Friday | Full-Time We’re looking for a skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a well-established team covering sites across the Newcastle area. This is a great opportunity to join a business known for its strong team culture and supportive working environment. The Role: You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of systems, with a strong focus on plant room environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and heating systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues and complete repairs
- Work within plant rooms on boilers, pumps, and associated equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and on time
- Proven experience as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer
- Strong plant room experience (essential)
- Knowledge of commercial heating systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Salary up to ÂŁ33,000
- Monday to Friday working pattern (no weekends)
