With an established client base and reputation for excellence, we're looking to expand our team with a talented recruitment consultant who can drive growth in our risk, compliance, audit and finance divisions.
The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll join our dynamic team responsible for placing high-caliber professionals across the UK in risk, compliance, audit and finance positions. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate management, working closely with prestigious clients in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Source and place exceptional candidates in risk, compliance, audit and finance roles
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through successful placements
- Build and nurture your candidate network through various channels
- Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates
- Stay current with market trends and developments in the financial sector
What We're Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience, particularly in financial services, risk, compliance, audit or finance
- Strong business development skills and ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of delivering results
- Resilient, adaptable and commercially aware professional
