About the Role

Just Jeans has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join the team at our Kotara store! Lead and inspire your team in the hub of denim and provide exceptional service to our customers.

This is a Full Time position requiring availability over alternative weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

• Lead your team to achieve sales and KPIs, creating a customer-centric culture.
• Curate denim outfits and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
• Coach, train, and develop your team to reach their full potential.
• Oversee stock management, minimise stock loss, and optimise sales.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to keep the store looking fresh.
• Efficiently roster the team in line with store demands and sales goals.

What You’ll Bring

• A commitment to achieving sales and KPIs, while managing operational costs effectively.
• Proven leadership experience in retail, with a track record of driving sales.
• Passion for denim and fashion, with expertise in customer service.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong visual merchandising experience and the ability to work from briefs.
