The Role As a Key Stage 2 teacher at Broadwood, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning journey of our children. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, committed to delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum that inspires every pupil to achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and assess creative and effective lessons that meet the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 learners, ensuring every child is challenged and supported.
- Uphold and model the highest standards of teaching and professionalism, contributing to the positive ethos of the school.
- Take the lead in a subject area, sharing your passion and expertise to drive improvement and innovation across the curriculum.
- Participate fully in the wider life of the school, building relationships with children, families and colleagues, and contributing to our vibrant school community.
- An inspiring and enthusiastic practitioner who motivates children to love learning and reach their full potential.
- Someone who is committed to making a positive difference to the lives of our children, whatever their starting points.
- A teacher who creates an inclusive classroom, adapting to meet the needs of all learners and celebrating diversity.

- Experience of teaching in upper Key Stage 2. Experience of teaching Year 6 is desirable.
- Confidence and initiative to lead a subject area and support colleagues in delivering excellence
