Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Newcastle £92.63 – £110.18 per day (PAYE) Full-Time | Immediate Start The Role As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjectsWork 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagementHelp students stay focused, motivated, and on taskSupport pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMHWork alongside teachers to adapt tasks and approachesBuild positive, consistent relationships with students You’ll be a key part of the classroom, helping students overcome barriers and build confidence.
