We're looking for an experienced Senior Health & Safety Manager (Fire & Estates) to take the lead on fire safety, estates safety, and project‑related health and safety across our organisation. This is a key strategic role where you'll act as the go‑to expert for fire safety and estates‑focused health and safety matters.

The Health and Safety Manager (Fire & Estates) responsibilities include:

Lead and manage specialist fire, estates, and project safety services
Provide expert advice on fire safety, asbestos management, CDM regulations, facilities management and construction safety
Develop and coordinate our approach to fire safety legislation and fire risk management
Promote and support a positive, proactive safety culture
Work closely with teams across the organisation, offering guidance, training and support
Oversee compliance activities, audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement workThe successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

Level 6 Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent)
Level 4 Fire Safety qualification
Third‑party certification as a Fire Risk Assessor or Auditor
Asbestos Management P405 (desirable)
