Health and Safety Manager (Fire and Estates)
Provide expert advice on fire safety, asbestos management, CDM regulations, facilities management and construction safety
Develop and coordinate our approach to fire safety legislation and fire risk management
Promote and support a positive, proactive safety culture
Work closely with teams across the organisation, offering guidance, training and support
Oversee compliance activities, audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement workThe successful Health and Safety Manager will have: Level 6 Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent)
Level 4 Fire Safety qualification
Third‑party certification as a Fire Risk Assessor or Auditor
Asbestos Management P405 (desirable)
A solid understanding of health and safety management systems and fire safety legislation (including BS9999 and Approved Document B)If you are interested in the role, please contact Chrissie at the Derby office.
