Business Travel Consultant – Duties:

• Crafting global travel itineraries as part of a collaborative, supportive team, let this fabulous travel company help you develop your career.
• Deliver a personalised travel experience and service companies for their travel needs.
• Booking flights, accommodation and a wide range of travel services using GDS.
• Building strong relationships with travel bookers and travellers.
• Deliver a high touch service that supports the client’s programme objectives.
• Offer consistently high levels of service delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Business Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate travel is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems, with knowledge of Travelport (or other GDS), Evolvi, and web-based technology as an advantage.
• Knowledge of IATA published fares and net ticketing is beneficial.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player.
