Cover Supervisor
Cover Supervisor – Newcastle| Part-Time | £100 - £110 per day 3 days per week, 8.30 - 4PM (Flexible on which 3 days) Humly is recruiting a reliable and experienced Cover Supervisor to join a forward-thinking school in Newcastle. If you have experience working with Secondary-aged students and enjoy supporting learning across the classroom, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll ensure lessons run smoothly in the absence of the class teacher. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and managing secondary students in the classroom
- Maintaining a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
- Supporting students to follow lesson plans and complete tasks
- Monitoring behaviour and reporting feedback to teachers
- Providing targeted support where needed, while encouraging independence
- Experienced with Secondary-aged students
- Confident in classroom management
- Calm, proactive, and adaptable in a busy school environment
- Skilled at building rapport with students to keep them engaged
- Competitive daily pay of £100-£110
