Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) If you enjoy taking responsibility, supporting learning at a higher level, and working closely with teaching staff, this HLTA role could be a great fit. You’ll support learning across the school, cover classes when required, and work with students who benefit from targeted intervention and structure. Daily pay: £110–£130 The role Supporting teaching and learning across subjects Leading small-group interventions Covering classes where appropriate Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff Helping maintain consistent routines and expectations What we’re looking for HLTA qualification or equivalent experience Confidence working independently with students Strong behaviour management skills A flexible, team-focused approach This is a respected role in a school that values experienced support staff. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
