Senior Education Recruitment Consultant SEND - Newcastle

This opportunity is for an experienced SEND Recruitment Consultant to join an agency in Newcastle.

Initially, you will be taking over a large SEND desk to Senior Consultant level, after training and development this role will lead to SEND Team Manager.

The desk supplies SEND Teachers and Support Staff to schools and SEND establishments across the Northeast.

There will be an initial desk hand over allowing you to spend time getting to know your schools and candidates.

You will initially join the SEND team as a Senior Consultant with the view to be trained and developed to head up the SEND team as the Manager of that division.

SEND Education recruitment experience is essential meaning you must have been in a similar role previously.

The desk is very warm generating a decent amount of commission which would be transferred after your first month, as it stand that is about £1500 a month.

You will be working for a company that has been established for many years with branches across the UK.

The company offers a very competitive basic salary starting initially at £30,000 and increasing once promoted to Team Manager.
