CER is a market-leading education recruitment agency seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Newcastle team.

This is a warm desk opportunity within secondary education recruitment, with existing clients and candidates ready for you to manage and grow. Alongside this, there is significant opportunity for business development (BD) to expand your desk and maximise earnings.

Key Responsibilities (360 Recruitment Role)

• Manage a warm secondary education desk
• Build relationships with schools, teachers, and support staff
• Develop new business opportunities within education recruitment
• Source, interview, and place candidates
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, driven, and career-focused
• Resilient with a proactive attitude
• Interest in education recruitment or working with schools

What We Offer

• £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Uncapped monthly commission
• Annual bonus scheme
