This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working with a supportive team to deliver top-tier recruitment services. About the Role:
As a Recruitment Process Consultant you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by completing a range of tasks, including: Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Responding to emails and addressing candidate queries.
Administering data entry and general office tasks.
Assessing candidates over the phone.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Strong customer service skills to engage with candidates, account managers, and clients.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
