What you will be doing: Providing one-to-one support to a year 3 pupil with complex needsHelping your pupil feel calm, confident and includedWorking closely with the class teacher and SENCOHelping children develop their communication, social, and fine motor skills through creative play and hands-on activities.Creating a safe, encouraging space where every child feels valued and included.Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 15:30 About you: Recent psychology graduate or similar with a passion for working with young children.Patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners.Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with children.Willing to get stuck in, learn on the job, and bring energy to every day.Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
