COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR - NQ-4 PQE
A talented and ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor is required to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a Legal 500 listed firm, working alongside experienced litigators on a broad range of high-quality, often complex disputes for a diverse client base.THE ROLE
You will work as part of a supportive and collaborative team that prides itself on delivering clear, practical and commercially focused advice. The role offers exposure to a varied and stimulating caseload, including:- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Injunctive relief
- Intellectual property disputes
- Contentious insolvency matters
- Contentious landlord and tenant and other property-related disputes
- Professional negligence claims
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will- Be a qualified solicitor between NQ and 4 years' PQE
- Have experience (or strong exposure) in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Demonstrate excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Be commercially minded, with a practical approach to problem-solving
- Be keen to develop your advocacy, negotiation and ADR experience
- Thrive in a team environment while confidently managing your own matters
