The Difference you will make
As a Campaign Executive you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient execution of advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for booking advertising space, checking availability, implementing campaigns across various platforms, and managing local client campaigns with packaged advertising solutions and assets.
Your role
- Book advertising space across various platforms.
- Implementing campaigns, ensuring accurate scheduling.
- Checking and confirming availability of advertising inventory.
- Manage and service local client advertising campaigns.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Utilizing campaign management tools and software to track and monitor campaign performance.
The Skills you will bring
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Understanding of media planning and buying principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and campaign setup.
- Familiarity with digital audio and broadcast advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools that may be used to optimise processes (eg, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Organisational and time management ability that can manage multiple campaigns.
Working Pattern/Location
This is fulltime role, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with flexible working hours. We also offer a hybrid way of working that supports a balance of working from home and our office in either Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle.
