As a Patient Care & Phlebotomy Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients through every step of their care journey. From performing blood draws to coordinating care and maintaining accurate records, your work will directly impact patient outcomes and experience- Conduct patient visits to perform safe and professional blood draws (phlebotomy services)
- Coordinate and manage patient care, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to support ongoing care needs
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and regulatory practice at all times
- Provide clear communication, reassurance, and support to patients throughout their care
About You
- Phlebotomy skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of relevant company policies, regulatory standards, and current legislation
- Capability to build rapport with patients, understand their concerns, and provide reassurance and support throughout their care journey
- Attention to detail
