EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE - NQ - 4 PQE
A Tier 1 Legal 500 firm in Newcastle is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor with c. NQ-4 years PQE to join its growing Employment Team. The Employment Team is one of the largest and most proactive in the North East, with a strong reputation and a predominantly employer-focused client base across multiple sectors. The team advises on a wide range of employment matters, including:- Strategic workforce planning and reorganisations
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- TUPE and transactional support
- Executive severance
- Equality, diversity and inclusion matters
- General HR advisory work
- There is also a growing corporate immigration practice, providing opportunities for further development and specialisation.
- Advising employer clients on day-to-day employment law issues
- Providing corporate support
- Assisting with strategic planning, reorganisations and other employment-related projects
- Managing and conducting Employment Tribunal claims
