You will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to design, simplify, and optimize end-to-end processes, driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and consistent best practice across the organization. As a Business Transformation - Process Excellence you will be responsible for:- Analyzing end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, duplication, and cost drivers.
- Defining and owning the organization's process blueprint, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and future-state operating models.
- Partnering with subject matter experts to design, standardize, and implement optimized processes across functions, product lines, and sites.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Value Stream Mapping, and process optimization methodologies to deliver measurable gains in speed, quality, and cost.
- Driving consistency, simplification, and standardization across the enterprise, including opportunities for automation and digitization.
- Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to support decision-making, prioritization, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Leading change management activities to ensure sustainable implementation and long-term behavioral change.
