Project Quality Specialist

Our global quality team are responsible for delivering all aspects of quality for the design, development, and delivery of our customer projects. Partner the best As a Project Quality Specialist, you will report to the Regional Quality Manager and will be responsible for ensuring effective application of the Baker Hughes Quality Management System (QMS) in the project and supplier environment to ensure that technical requirements are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for Quality activities on all project matters within their respective Centre of Excellence and direct interaction with customer and supplier for Problem solving, quality reporting and improvement. As a Project Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Close Supplier Nonconformities, screening them and assessing the need for investigation
- Contractor management
- Investigation of supplier-related failures (in partnership with the SQE)
- Qualification of new raw materials: Preparation and approval of Supplier Inspection and Testing Plan
- Treatment of quality concerns, stop the line, non-conformities
- Participation and Analysis of engineering changes
- Understanding of technical drawings and alignment with international team in English
- Responsible for Notification of Inspection process
- Creating quality plans based on the standard template incorporating additional customer quality and technical regulation and product certification requirements
- API Q1 new requirement (10th edition) - Lead and control of service providers (assessment, qualification, monitoring and revaluation)
- Managing non-conformance and concessions approval process to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Communicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build relationships
- Communicate and work with engineering, sourcing and SQE team to guarantee quality within our projects
- Preparing and present quality performance reporting to internal leadership and customers
- Have Bachelor's degree is welcome
- Expertise in Quality, Product, and regulations is welcome
