Year 2 Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a teacher who brings energy, ideas, and a good sense of humour to a lovely Year 2 class in Gosforth. This welcoming primary school is after someone who’s ready to jump in and make a real difference, no clipboard micromanaging, just support where it counts.

As a primary school teacher you will be:

• Creating and delivering exciting, meaningful lessons .
• Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Encouraging curiosity, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning .
• Contributing to a warm, supportive school culture that feels like a family.

Who you are:

• Creative, adaptable , and ready to make a lasting impact .
• Confidence managing a class with your own style.
• You have QTS or equivalent .
• You have a strong u nderstanding of the Year 2 Curriculum .
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
