Role – Senior Landscape Architect - Design

The studio occupies a central and well-connected location, benefiting from excellent rail, Metro, and bus links, allowing easy access from across Newcastle and surrounding areas.

THE ROLE
This opportunity will appeal to a designer who enjoys working across design, planning, and regeneration contexts, and who is comfortable contributing at both a creative and strategic level. The role will involve:

* Leading and developing design concepts across varied schemes

* Contributing to planning and regeneration led projects

* Engaging with wider place strategy and project visioning

* Collaborating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

* Helping shape project outcomes and design direction

* Applying strong design thinking within complex project environments

SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

* Degree in landscape architecture

* Strong design background with planning or regeneration exposure

* Confidence contributing to strategically led projects

* Interest in place making and large scale thinking

* Comfortable operating at a senior level

* Strong communication and professional presence
