Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retaIined search strategies within the food & drink manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the food & drink manufacturing sector
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors
- Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to food & drink manufacturing leadership roles
- Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement
- Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in food & drink manufacturing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional results
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment
- Proven track record of successful senior-level placements, Preferably in food & drink manufacturing
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends in these sectors
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and candidate management systems
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Desirable Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of food & drink manufacturing industries preferred
- Experience working with food & drink manufacturing organizations
- Experience in selling a retained search solution
- Advanced digital and social media recruiting skills
