The FP&A Business Partner is a senior role encompassing two closely connected elements: Financial Planning and Performance Analysis. Financial Planning involves providing leadership with insight to support the development of budgets, long-term financial plans, and periodic forecasts, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives. Performance Analysis focuses on generating actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
This includes identifying trends, understanding variances, and delivering recommendations to drive improved outcomes. The FP&A Business Partner provides financial best practice around areas such as credit control, billings, payroll and commission calculations, pricing and valuations
