Position: Drama Teacher
Start Date: 2nd September 2024
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
We are seeking a creative and passionate Drama Teacher to join our vibrant arts department. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to inspire and nurture young talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging Drama lessons that captivate students' imaginations.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students can explore their creativity.
- Assess and provide feedback on students' performances and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall drama curriculum and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong knowledge of Drama techniques, including acting, directing, and theatre production.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
