Your Role as an Early Years Specialist:

* Support children aged 0-5 with their learning, development, and daily routines.
* Create fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire creativity and curiosity.
* Promote children's communication, social, and emotional development in a supportive environment.
* Work closely with Early Years educators to deliver a safe and stimulating learning experience.
* Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment in line with EYFS guidelines.

What You'll Need as an Early Years Specialist:

* Experience working with young children in early years settings, nurseries, childcare, or similar environments.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Flexibility, proactivity, and a passion for early childhood education.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
