We are looking for a Digital Strategist to join our talented Client Success team!

This role is integral to managing our higher-value accounts, ensuring we are at the forefront of client performance and innovation. Serving as the trusted strategic advisor, owning and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term, high-level success and strategic alignment. You will be responsible for:

  • Directing the execution of high-performing marketing strategies.
  • Driving exceptional client satisfaction and performance.
  • Fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

Own the strategic roadmap for your accounts alongside the CSD. Developing and implementing pivotal, high-performing marketing strategies that anticipate market shifts and align with long-term client goals and objectives.

Proactive Performance Management

Work closely and proactively with marketing teams to continuously analyse client performance data, identifying trends and challenges early to direct necessary strategic pivots and ensure optimal outcomes.

Campaign Management & Impact

Direct the strategic approach to campaigns, delivering and reporting on campaigns with precision. Focus on executing impactful campaigns to drive performance toward client objectives.

Client Communication

Exhibit outstanding communication skills in all formats, effectively engaging with stakeholders at every level within client organisations.

Presentation Skills

Exceptional presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail in all client communications.

Relationship Management

Own and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term success.

Performance Monitoring

Analyse data to monitor client performance, proactively addressing trends and challenges.

Identifying Upsell Opportunity

Identify opportunities to upsell services to existing clients, crafting and executing strategies to drive growth.

Proactive Problem Solving

Anticipate and resolve client challenges early, managing difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence.

Client Goal Alignment

Conduct regular refresh meetings to ensure full alignment with client objectives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of their needs.

Account Management

Ensuring internal admin is accurate around client communications, invoicing and contracts.

Operations Excellence

Maintain full visibility over client communications, ensuring all meetings are followed up with clear notes and actionable outcomes. Ensure accuracy in invoicing and that client accounts are up to date.

Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate regular communications at all levels of the client organisation, including quarterly updates with senior stakeholders

Personal Development

Proactively identify personal development needs, collaborate to set goals, and take actionable steps to achieve them.

Requirements

Experience, Knowledge and Training

  • Proven track record of delivering impactful marketing strategies for high-level accounts.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and a meticulous approach to detail and quality.
  • Strong ability to analyse and act on client performance data proactively.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and executing upsell opportunities.
  • Skilled in handling complex client conversations and challenges with ease.
  • Comprehensive understanding of client management best practices, from communication to invoicing.
