Description:
Part time Therapist required for 2-4 days (TUESDAY-FRIDAY) in a busy, mixed INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Newburn in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne
• **MUST BE UK QUALIFIED DENTAL THERAPIST**
• £30 per hour + 60% split on private (in favour of Associate)
• Scope of work: Perio, fillings, childrens extractions, hygiene
• Hours 9am – 5.30pm - flexible
• 4 Fully computerised, air conditioned surgeries
• Digital X-rays
• TVs in every surgery
• Intra Oral Scanner
• Rotary Endo, R4 software
• Full support team including 2 Therapists
• Long Term Staff Retention
• Existing, well maintained list
• Practice offers Facial Aesthetics, Invisalign along with General Dentistry
• Free Parking 10 minutes outside the City centre near to Transport Links
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
