Registered Manager - Children’s Services

Your responsibilities as Registered Manager at Compass:
* Lead and develop a residential team to deliver consistent, high-quality care
* Create a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people
* Maintain safeguarding standards and regulatory compliance
* Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections with confidence
* Drive positive outcomes in education, behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Build a culture that supports stability and long-term progress
What we’re looking for in a Registered Manager
* Previous experience within residential childcare settings
* Experience supervising or managing care teams
* Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
* Proven track record of achieving strong Ofsted outcomes
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
