About the Role
Join our client as a Casual Complex Care Support Worker, supporting residents with complex needs. Flexible shifts include long days and sleep-ins, giving you variety and experience in person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
* Support residents with complex physical, emotional, or behavioral needs.
* Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
* Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence.
Requirements
* Experience in care, ideally with complex needs.
* Health and Social Care qualification preferred.
* Ability to work long days and sleep-in shifts.
