Attendance Support Assistant
Conduct home visits to support families and re-engage students in education
Work collaboratively with pastoral teams to improve attendance outcomes
Build strong relationships with students, parents/carers, and external agencies
Provide both practical and emotional support to help remove barriers to attendance
Maintain accurate records and contribute to attendance reports About You Passionate about supporting young people and improving educational outcomes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient, empathetic, and confident in handling sensitive situations
Experience in education, safeguarding, or family support (desirable)
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) What’s on Offer Competitive daily rate of £120 – £140
Full-time, ongoing position
