Student Support Assistant

The Role
As a Student Support Assistant, you will:
Support students across KS3 and KS4 both in and out of the classroom
Provide 1:1 and small group support, including pupils with SEND or additional needs
Help manage behaviour and keep students engaged in learning
Support during lessons, break times, and transitions throughout the school day
Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
Act as a positive, consistent presence for students who need extra support
You’ll be right at the heart of the school day, helping things run smoothly and making sure every student has the chance to succeed.
