HR Coordinator
About the role
Are you a detail oriented HR professional looking to take the next step in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment? We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to join our professional services client in the heart of Newcastle.
In this role, you won’t just be "administering" processes, you will be the backbone of people operations, ensuring a seamless experience for employees from their first day to their last.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle: Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including reference checks, right-to-work documentation, and induction scheduling.
Recruitment Support: Coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and acting as the first point of contact for candidates.
HR Systems: Keeping records and data up to date.
Compliance: Ensuring all training records and certifications are current and meeting industry standards.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
Exceptional organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with total discretion.
