The Role

• Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience

• Supporting pupils with NEA, coursework, and portfolio preparation

• Maintaining high standards of workshop organisation and safety

• Monitoring attainment and implementing strategies to raise achievement

• Contributing to departmental planning and quality assurance

• Supporting extracurricular and enrichment opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A degree in DT or a related subject

• Experience teaching secondary Design & Technology

• Strong classroom management and workshop leadership skills

• High expectations for pupil engagement and academic success
