Regional Health and Safety Manager
Conduct audits, site visits, investigations and analyse SHE data to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Lead and support incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented swiftly.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote best health and safety practices and training.
Manage and support a team of health and safety professionals across the region, ensuring effective remote leadership. The successful Regional Health and Safety Manager will have: In-depth SHE knowledge within the construction industry and experience managing health and safety teams.
Valid driving license and appropriate CSCS card.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and simplify complex health and safety topics.
