Our client is a leading partner in highly automated logistics systems, delivering advanced solutions from planning and implementation through to maintenance. Their multidisciplinary teams—spanning engineering, IT, and technical expertise—work collaboratively to create innovative, high-performance systems.
Due to continued growth in the UK, the client is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (UK) to join the HR team at their Keele office. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and coach, championing a people-centric approach within a dynamic and evolving environment while supporting both existing and new projects across the UK.

The Role
- Coaching and developing managers, promoting best practice in HR policies and procedures
- Guiding, influencing, and building leadership capability while constructively challenging behaviours
- Providing proactive recruitment and onboarding support, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Managing administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate HRIS records (SAP SuccessFactors) and producing reports
- Advising on employee relations matters including performance, attendance, disciplinary, and grievance processes
- Supporting investigations and ensuring timely and consistent resolution of issues
- Driving and supporting organisational change, influencing both internal and external stakeholders
- Analysing HR metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and contribute to workforce planning
- Supporting HR projects across multiple UK sites
- Building strong relationships with senior leadership teams
- Travelling nationally and internationally as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with additional HR qualifications desirable
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor
- Strong technical HR knowledge and understanding of UK employment law
- Demonstrable experience handling complex employee relations matters
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to meet demanding deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, including data input and reporting
