Supervisory Assistant Level 1

Are you passionate about supporting children’s well-being and looking for a rewarding role within a school community? West Walker Primary School is seeking a dedicated Supervisory Assistant Level 1 to join our team and help ensure our pupils have a safe and happy during midday break.

This role is part time working Monday to Friday 11:30am - 1:15pm.

As a Supervisory Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily life of our school. Working under the guidance of the Mid-day Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safety, welfare, and conduct of our pupils.

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Has experience working in a similar role in a school setting.
• Has ability to develop positive relationships with children and work with them to promote high standards of behaviour and cooperation.
• Has ability to assist in the supervision of pupils who are excluded from play when necessary.
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with others, working as part of a team.
• Has a flexible approach to work to meet varying demands.
