Detailed Responsibilities
Engaging Pedagogy: Using diverse media and interactive techniques to engage students with the Victorian Gothic and contemporary world literature.
Intervention: Identifying students who require additional reading support and coordinating with the SENCO to deliver effective literacy interventions.
Departmental Collaboration: Sharing resources and planning collaboratively to ensure a high-standard, consistent experience for all students.
