What you will do:

* Personal Care: Assist patients with washing, dressing, and toileting

* Mobility Support: Support patients with mobility, nutrition, and hydration

* Vital Monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature

* Clinical Assistance: Assist with basic clinical tasks as directed by nursing staff

* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Person Specification:

* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable

* Training & Compliance: Basic Life Support (BLS), Manual Handling training, Enhanced DBS, and Right to Work in the UK

* Key Skills: Compassionate, patient-centred approach with strong communication and teamwork skills

* Experience: Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a care setting is desirable, including supporting personal care needs
