We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Talent Consultant to join our award-winning Newcastle division at CER Education Recruitment.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to learn the foundations of recruitment, develop commercial skills, and progress into a fully-fledged 360 consultant role.

The Role

As a Graduate Talent Consultant, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our talent pipeline across the education sector.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and attracting high-quality education professionals
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Completing compliance and safeguarding checks
• Managing and updating our internal candidate database
• Proactively engaging with existing candidates to maintain strong relationships
• Supporting consultants with shortlisting and filling vacancies
• Building market knowledge within the education sector

You’ll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, setting you up for progression into a 360 Recruitment Consultant position.

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (any discipline considered)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and process-driven
• Resilient and motivated by targets
• Ambitious and keen to build a long-term career in recruitment
• Interested in progressing into a full 360 recruitment role

Previous recruitment experience isn’t required – we’re looking for attitude, drive and potential.
