Temporary Administrator
Hourly Pay:£12.50 basic + £1.51 holiday pay - £14.01 combined
Hours:Part-time flexible 18 hours/week (Possible OT available)
Basis:Mainly working from home, 1 day in office (tbd)
Hours: Between 0900 – 1700 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (to be negotiated)
Applicants must have:
- Solid administration experience
- Home office space
- Ability to travel daily to central Newcastle (possibly 1-day weekly - TBC)
Job description:
• Handling and administering customer enquiries within an agreed SLA
• Basic quoting and invoicing
• Organising customer files within the companies file transfer system
• Basic use of video editing software (used to comply with UK GDPR)
• Quality checking work before it’s returned to the customers.
• Maintaining and updating customer records and the company databases
• Any other duties as required by the Department Lead
Skills:
• Organisational skills

• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Attention to detail essential
• MS Office skills especially in Excel
• Accountancy software experience, such as Xero
