Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Homes England’s Digital Delivery team as a Business Analyst. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering digitally enabled systems and services that are simpler, more effective and user-focused.
Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will contribute to projects that drive real change across the organisation, helping to improve processes, systems and user experiences. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst looking to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) profession.
As a Business Analyst, you will lead small-to-medium sized projects and support larger, more complex initiatives within our Digital Delivery team.
You will work closely with Product Managers and multidisciplinary teams to shape priorities, manage product backlogs and deliver user-focused digital products. Building strong stakeholder relationships will be key, ensuring priorities are aligned and outcomes support wider strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable artefacts such as epics, features and user stories
- Supporting the development and management of product backlogs
- Facilitating workshops, stakeholder sessions and agile ceremonies
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and drive efficiencies
- Analysing complex problems and recommending effective digital and non-digital solutions
- Supporting both agile and waterfall delivery approaches, producing appropriate documentation where required
- Contributing to the wider business analysis community by sharing best practice and supporting others
You will play an important role in ensuring our services are designed and delivered in a way that meets user needs and aligns with Homes England’s digital vision.
We are committed to continuous learning and development. Our roles align to the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) framework, with clear career pathways and structured training in place to support your progression.
