Team Member - Housekeeping Newcastle

We are currently seeking vibrant individuals to join our team at the Newcastle Upon Tyne Hotel. We have full time (5 days out of 7) and part time (3 days out of 7) roles available working 11am to 3pm with the possibility of a later start or a longer shift at the weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and arranging guest rooms to brand standards

• Changing linen on beds and bunk beds

• Cleaning and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks

• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets

• Reporting breakages, damages, and safety issues for repairs

• Assisting with cleanliness of public areas and bar

• Carrying out deep or periodic cleans per schedule

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Housekeeping role is a plus but not essential. No specific qualifications are required, just a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humour!

This housekeeping role includes tasks of a physical nature throughout the shift including extensive bending, lifting and carrying.

We're Hiring:

We are looking to fill vacancies in full and part-time roles, with a minimum of 12 hours per week, working up to 3 days from 7 for part time roles and 5 days from 7 for full time roles, on a rota basis. Due to the nature of the business, weekend availability is required.
