With a strong reputation for delivering tailored corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of large and complex clients.

As a Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager, you will:

• Provide high-level technical tax advice to large corporates on complex areas including interest deductibility, corporate interest restrictions, hybrid mismatches, loss utilisation, and international tax considerations such as controlled foreign companies and double tax relief.
• Oversee a select portfolio of key compliance clients, reviewing corporate tax computations prepared by junior team members and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
• Support and lead tax due diligence projects across various sectors.
• Develop strong client relationships, providing value-added tax planning and acting as a trusted advisor to finance teams and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed:

• ACA / CA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in UK corporate tax, particularly with large corporates and complex compliance and advisory issues.
• Strong technical knowledge across areas such as corporate interest restriction, hybrid rules, and international tax.
• Ability to lead client relationships, manage technical projects, and oversee junior team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
