Large Loss Solicitor
You will be required to deal with claims involving injuries of the utmost severity and handle complex and technical insurance work.
The team currently deals with claims reserved at over £350,000, representing over £800 million of clients reserved. These claims are varied and include RTA, EL, PL and product liability files. These cases often involve spinal, amputation, brain and orthopaedic injuries.
Skills required:
- Previous Experience within defendant Personal Injury files.
- Ideally 3 years + PQE
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and within a deadline
- Knowledge of CPR procedures.
- Managing your own case-load whilst also assisting a Legal500 recommended Partner
- Instructing various experts
- Reviewing and Analysing databases
- Assisting in investigations
- Attending court hearings as appropriate
- Achieving financial targets/KPIS
- Keeping up to date with legal developments
