Are you an experienced Financial Services professional who thrives at the intersection of Operations, Technology and Risk? We’re looking for a confident, engaging senior manager to help shape the future of our clients Savings function.

You’ll lead and coordinate a wide portfolio of governance activity across Operations, IT, Change and external partners - ensuring strong customer outcomes, robust control environments, and clear decision‑making at senior levels.

What you’ll be doing

Owning and driving governance across Savings, Operations, Technology and outsourced providers

Chairing and facilitating IT Governance and Infrastructure Risk forums

Tracking regulatory, audit and operational performance, ensuring actions are delivered

Working cross‑functionally to identify customer, process and risk improvements

Managing supplier oversight and contract governance

Supporting strategic programmes and horizon‑scanning upcoming regulatory change

What you’ll bring

Strong background across Ops, Risk, Governance or Service Delivery within Financial Services

High‑level technical understanding (IT, infrastructure, operational resilience)

Experience engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and external partners

Ability to manage multiple initiatives, run governance cadence and influence outcomes

A collaborative, commercially aware mindset with excellent communication skills
