Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

Full-Time | Immediate Start
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4, both in and out of lessons
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support
- Support students with SEMH needs, including anxiety, low mood, and behavioural challenges
- Help students regulate emotions and stay engaged with learning
- Work alongside teaching staff to adapt approaches and resources
- Build strong, consistent relationships with students
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, perfect for building real, practical experience.
