The Role

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4, both in and out of lessons
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support
• Support students with SEMH needs, including anxiety, low mood, and behavioural challenges
• Help students regulate emotions and stay engaged with learning
• Work alongside teaching staff to adapt approaches and resources
• Build strong, consistent relationships with students

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, perfect for building real, practical experience.
