Entrepreneurial Taxes Manager / Senior Manager
Scotland / Newcastle
£50,000 - £75,000 (Hybrid working & wider benefits)
- Advise on employee share schemes including EMI, CSOPs, growth shares, and unapproved options.
- Support clients with EMI valuations and annual Employment Related Securities (ERS) reporting.
- Deliver technical guidance on SEIS/EIS qualification criteria, structuring, and investor communication.
- Prepare advance assurance applications and compliance submissions to HMRC.

What you'll need to succeed:
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience advising on employee share schemes and/or SEIS/EIS.
- Strong technical understanding of employment-related securities and venture capital schemes.
