An exciting opportunity to join One of the largest independent firms in Scotland as a Manager or Senior Manager in the Entrepreneurial Taxes team, advising high-growth companies, entrepreneurs, and investors on innovative tax planning solutions.

With a strong focus on employee share incentives and venture capital tax reliefs, this client-facing advisory role offers the chance to work closely with some of the UK's most dynamic businesses while developing deep expertise in a high-growth area of tax.

As an Entrepreneurial Taxes Manager / Senior Manager, you will:

• Advise on employee share schemes including EMI, CSOPs, growth shares, and unapproved options.
• Support clients with EMI valuations and annual Employment Related Securities (ERS) reporting.
• Deliver technical guidance on SEIS/EIS qualification criteria, structuring, and investor communication.
• Prepare advance assurance applications and compliance submissions to HMRC.

What you'll need to succeed:

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Experience advising on employee share schemes and/or SEIS/EIS.
• Strong technical understanding of employment-related securities and venture capital schemes.
