- Hold a degree in any subject.
- Hold/predicted a degree with a 2.2 or above.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade 4 or C).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and responsiveness in a dynamic work environment.
- Organised and efficient approach to tasks.
- Passion for working with young people, particularly in a SEND school setting or with SEND pupils within mainstream schools
