The Role
As a Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 in subjects such as History and Geography
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce understanding and engagement
- Help students develop critical thinking and discussion skills
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and resource preparation
- Encourage curiosity, confidence, and participation in lessons
You’ll play a key role in helping students engage with topics and see their relevance beyond the classroom.
